Body Weight Squats 1 x 20 ( Focus on going past 90 degree)
Full roll, full stretch
Knee felt pretty strong today. Able to do all the leg strength and didn't notice it. Still a bit tender when kneeling. Knee is starting to feel more stable which I think is a step in the right direction. Need to stay diligent on everything and not slack off during the holiday.
