Easy in the AM to start the week. Had no problem getting up this morning, and fairly excited to get out the door. Legs were feeling the last two days a bit, but settled into a nice groove after the first mile or so. Pretty much just cruised the rest of the way. Beautiful morning, there was a great sunrise going on when I got outside, and the temps were fairly cool throughout the run. Solid way to start the week.
