Easy 40' at the Y. Went to Foglia instead of Buehler for a change of scenery. More old people at Foglia though. Kept it easy, legs were feeling alright after the LR yesterday. Listened to Queen's Greatest Hits cause I saw Bohemian Rhapsody last night. Def didn't deserve the Oscar nom.
Started at 8.0 and went up 0.1 every 5'. Kept the incline at 1.0%
