Soft. Wanted to get my run in this morning before my finals at 1:30 and 7, but temps were close to 0, so I made the frigid trek to the ARC and did an hour on the treadmill. As far as treadmill experiences go, this was really not so bad. Spent the first 15 minutes progressing to 9mph, held there for 30 min, and then in the last 15 min, I progressed up to 10mph. Did this all at 0.5% incline. Was fortunate enough to listen the IL Coaches podcast with an interview with Chris Derrick. My favorite pro runner (yes, I do have one lol @ this nerd) and an Illiboi. Unfortunately, the giant red clock at the ARC was in my view, and my run started exactly when it was at zero, so had to watch the clock count upwards to my finish the entire time. Left knee was a bit tight from the pounding and had some residual chaffing from yesterday. Oh my woes. Enough complaining tho. Felt smooth and v excited to finish with finals tonight. This week has been like purgatory waiting for these tests.

Had a nice long roll. Hoping to do core later as a stress reliever in between tests.

Ha, amateur hour over here. Julia literally made me a Chris Derrick poster at one point for a (semi) joke gift. Dude is wicked smart though. 10x1200 soon?

And yes, I'm fully aware of the fact that I shouldn't have willingly disclosed that information.
