Pushed this off throughout the day and then it just didn't happen. A bit of a shame to waste a warm afternoon in Feb, but here we are. Probably not a terrible day to skip, my legs were beat from the LR effort yesterday with a few little sore spots. The day off should take care of these at least. Just need to stay disciplined the rest of this week.
