Notes
Picture perfect day for a run. Waited a while to get out the door since I knew it wouldn't be hot. Went around mid-day. Big blue sky without a cloud in sight. There was a nice breeze that kept it cool. Went back to the marsh and had a much better experience than on Wednesday. Lots of people out walking/biking, got lots of nods and waves. Cruised along nice and easy. Around half way started to feel yesterday's workout a bit, so eased off some. Ready to be done by the end, but good run nonetheless.
Rolled out afterwards.
