Easy team run out to Crystal. Felt good, big group extended today. Crushed it down Wright Street because it was sorority bid day. Team had to show off how fast we are! Left calf a little sore since yesterday's long run, similar to how my right calf felt a few days ago. Did strides at Huff and then added on in the cemetery with Frintner. Core at the Armory too.
