Notes
Another good sized group for 8am long run this morning. Started off nice and slow on the way out, which helped wake up my incredibly tight legs. Caught up with Al which was really nice. Once we turned off of Springfield, the pace picked up a little bit. Quinn told us about his visit to Illini Fadez. Decided to come back down Green because the sidewalks are nicer and there's more shade. Got back to the Armory and then ran Henry back to his house for my add on. Came back and looped the Armory once before picking Somerfield up and heading back home. Hopefully we can keep up the great attendance for Sunday long run!
