Easy out towards Crystal. Group was in really good spirits today, lots of quality banter flying left and right. That in addition to the nice weather had us moving at a good pace throughout. Felt very relaxed though, though my Cravings lunch was sitting a bit heavy in my stomach. Seemed like we just missed every single light in CU on the way back, so lots of stop and go. Right calf was a bit tight towards the end.
Strides and core afterwards. Nice roll on the calves and hammies at home.
