Nice long run to cap off the week. Went out towards A Loop. The weather was beautiful and the team was in good spirits, so this was quite an enjoyable run! Spent the first part of the run catching up with people and hearing how their race/weekend went. Had a good chat with Frintner. Turned back at Curtis and Race with Adam and the Hotman. Looped through Yankee and Statues and finished with two loops around the Armory. Really nice catching up with Adam and Hootman. It was an unexpected trio, but ended up being really nice!
Saw Trent and Goose at Meadowbrook :)
Rolled and lightly stretched after. Feeling good after a solid week.
