Wow, first gorgeous day of the year. Ran over to Cobert's house and picked him up. Then we ran over to the Marsh and did a lollipop out and around Citizen's. Dropped him off and ran home, adding on through Chapel Hill. First shirtless day of the year! Legs felt fresh after the day off yesterday.
Felt none of the tightness from yesterday while running. Hip and hamstring were very tight all day at work and tonight after the run. Unsure whether to be concerned or not, gonna play it by ear the next few days.
Rolled out. Got lazy.
