Put in an hour on the stationary bike at the ARC. This went by fairly quickly, as far as biking goes. The ones on the upper level facing the rock wall are my favorite bikes, offering a comfortable and smooth ride. According to the distance reading on the bike, I went more 1.2 miles further during my second 30 minutes of riding. Ran into Edwin while there and received a ride home.
Rolling, mobility and core afterwards. Came home and did my heel drops.
Bought 2 new pairs of trainers today. Both Ravenna 6's. These may be the last pairs I buy of this shoe, they seem to be about extinct :(
