Met up this morning with Milner, Bobby, and Ryan. We set off pretty relaxed and then steadily dropped the entire timed. Ryan and I started moving pretty quick after the other two turned off, as Ryan did his classic one-step of me the entire way. Strides in the parking lot afterwards.
