Met up with Milner and his teammate Ben Mohrdieck on this chilly morning. Went out to Signal Hill again for the rolling hills. Around 7-8 miles, Milner's friend started to die so we had to reign in the pace a little so he didn't get lost and die. Dropped him off at lzhs at 12 and added on 2 miles in the Echo neighborhood. By the end, my legs were pretty tired from all the hills, but overall it was a very good run!
