Notes
Normal Monday out to Crystal. Weird weather where it was pretty chilly going into the wind (south) but warm when going with it. This lead to me being cold for the first bit of the run, then too warm for the middle, and then cold again at the end. Oh well, had a solid easy run with the boiz. Most of this run was with Weem, Quinn, Hanskat, and co. Felt really good throughout this. Legs were nice and fresh, excited to workout tomorrow. Did the extension into the cemetery and then added on around the Ike afterwards.
Strides and core. Rolled later on at night.
