Notes
Decent turn out this morning for long run. Glad to have the time moved back to 8am, though I think some people forgot about the switch. Crew went out to A Loop. First few miles were pretty tough with the wind blowing straight in our face while heading south. My shins/lower calves were incredibly tight on both of my legs from my tights being zipped too tight. Stopped to stretch out and rolled up my tights to look like capris. Shins loosened up from there, but had to throw down some quicker miles in order to catch up to the group. Otherwise, this was a very pleasant run. Weather was nice and the company was good. Talk of the run was the new dog that William just adopted. What a cute pup. Finished up the loop with Weem, Quinn and Mesplay.
