Notes
Supposed to meet up with Ryan for LR today, but had to spend the morning at the post office applying for a passport. Decided to meet up with Milner in the early afternoon. He agreed that he'd run long with me, but only promised 8 miles. Decided to add on a bit beforehand, so got to LZHS early and did an Echo loop. Picked Milner up and headed out to Biltmore. The conversation was lively as we recounted stories from our younger high school days. Ran into Coach Dunbar and stopped and caught up a bit. Milner was feeling good, so we added on a backwards Echo on our way back to the high school. Tired by the end, but ended up with some quality running and good company.
