Notes
Took a while before I finally got out the door for this one. Went to brunch this morning and drank 6 cups of coffee, so my stomach was feeling rough until like 2:30. Finally got myself out the door and headed down Rainbow to Hewes. Stopped at Signal Hill for some hill sprints then came back the exact same way. Pace was a bit slower on the way back; my legs were pretty gassed by the end. Had some light snow flurries/light hail on the way out that was nice. Dressed perfectly for this too. All in all, ended up being a very nice run.
Some leg strength afterwards. Rolled later on.
