Notes
EZ miles after wwork. Got some sunlight today so went over to the marsh. Decided to do a bit extra than the normal loop, so ran out to the Barrington side and then to the normal Ela Rd. exit then back home. Pretty darn cold out there, but warmed up after like 10'. Feeling pretty good though, just kind of rolling along. Really hard to use the bathroom the last half mile, but made it no problem.
