Notes
Easy out to CCC. Roads were pretty slick from the snow last night freezing over after the temps dropped today. Added on around the Ike and Armory before practice. The weather was pretty cold today, so Quinn started off faster in an attempt to warm up. I went with him, and before we knew it, we'd broken off from the rest of the team. Spent the rest of the run cruising along having a very good conversation with him. Slowed down a bit as the sun started to go down to avoid slipping on the slick sidewalks.
Came back to the Armory and did some strides in the hall with QT, Mesplay, and Frintner. Followed that up with mobility.
I'm dumb and left my apartment key at home, so spent the entire run worried that Connor would leave and I would be locked out and freeze. Fortunately, he is done with finals so he's bummin around and was still home. Now I'm safely home and warm :)
