EZ lunchtime run over to Cress Creek. Feeling pretty good out there, just soaking up the last breathe of warm weather for the year. Didn't think I'd get another shirtless day after the past few chillier weeks. Not much else happened today, it was a nice quiet run. Heel was really good today after the day off.
