Saturday LR to avoid doing this in the incoming snowstorm tonight. Added on 3 miles solo first, and then met up with Milner at the high school. Talked to Hanson a bit before we started and then we were on our way. Chilly and windy, but once we were going it wasn't too bad. Went out to Hawthorn Woods and did the normal loop through Heritage Oaks. I was pretty grumpy the first half of the run, and got annoyed from all of Milner's complaining, but loosened up as we settled in. Added on around Echo and through the park on Lions. The conversation started to flow more, and we were done before I knew it. Legs felt a lot better at the end of today's run that the last few weeks too.
