Chilly fall morning over at WFG for LR. Met up with Brad, who joined me for the first half. Had a nice time catching up with him, felt like we ran together not that long ago, but that was several months ago. We had perfect weather too. After a few minutes, I'd warmed up and was feeling good. Felt so smooth for the most part on this. After dropping Brad off, I started to pick the pace up a bit. Felt strong throughout, even at the end, I guess that's the magic of the changing weather. This caps off a pretty solid week, hoping I can keep it up.
