Easy out to Crystal. Really good turnout today for finals week. Small group of myself, Richard, William, Justin and Quinn broke off pretty early. We were moving along solidly, though it felt pretty effortless for me. Talked a decent amount about the upcoming track season and about the strength of current club records. Came back the good way for the first time in quite a while. Added on around Memorial with Richard and had a real good chat about training and club workouts and all.
Did some indoor strides to get the legs moving a bit.
