Evening easy run. Couldn't get myself up out of bed this morning, so did this one later at night after the weather cooled down a bit. Again kept the distance and pace chill. Felt very relaxed throughout, just enjoyed the night. Nice night, glad I waited. It was really hot/humid right when I got home from work.

Squat Jump x 10
Lunge Split Jump x 10 each leg
