Treadmill

Notes

EZ treadmill miles in the afternoon. Felt good on this, but it kind of dragged. Told myself I'd only do 45' and then decided to add a bit at the end so I wouldn't have the same mileage to days in a row. The last 5 min were probably the best I felt, so good decision I think. Legs tight at the start, but loosened up nicely as I went along.

Started at 7.5, up 0.1 every 15'. Incline Level 1.

Heel drops, drills before.
