Notes
Met up with Frintner and Brad (!) for this one. Absolutely gorgeous out, perfect weather, wish I could spend the whole day outside. It was really nice catching up with Brad. Learned he lived in Africa (Zambia) in between living in Korea. The more you know. Heel was pretty stiff when I woke up, and was planning to go real short, but it loosened up nicely after like 10' of running. It is a little swollen now though, so will probably cross train tomorrow, or just take it off completely. Ran inside of Crystal for the first time in forever and it was super nice.
