Notes
Woof. Rough run out there today. Picked up Frintner on my way south and met up with Somerfield at Waterfall. Frits and I added on 3 miles beforehand. We started off going backwards from the start. These miles felt pretty good, warmed up pretty nicely I thought. Picked up Ryan and we were on our way with the rest of the run. From the get go, the large loop felt like a death march. Honestly felt like the other two guys were just pulling me along. This ended up being a very, very long 9+ mile loop. Catching up with the boys was the only thing that really made this run possible. Stomach really cramped up the last half mile, and at the end I spent like 3' hunched over heaving. Definitely got hit with some dehydration. Must not have replenished myself enough after yesterday's toasty run.
Rolled out, hydrated, and watched House of Cards the rest of the day.
