Weird day of running today. Wanted to sleep in this morning, and ended up waiting until 2pm to get out the door. By that point it was already pretty darn hot. First half of the run felt fantastic, most likely from it not being 5:30 and my body being awake. At about 40' I started feel pretty dehydrated, and the last part of the run was pretty rough. Will definitely make a better effort to get out the door sooner going forward.
