Easy around town. Took a bit to get out the door this morning. Bummed for a while and had some coffee. Got out the door and had quite a pleasant run. Ran out along 12 and took the cut through over to downtown LZ. Then came back on Buesching/Old Rand. Haven't run that way in a while, so passed the time quick. Left ankle/achilles still tight, keeping an eye on it.
