Notes
So about 8 hours after decided I was gonna take a few more days off to focus on rehab and try and get really right in the heel, Crief texted me and asked to run. Since I have no self-control I met up with him this morning. Damp and a bit breezy, but overall a fairly nice morning for a run. Ran Echo into the Lake. Had a good time catching up, this flew by. Didn't really notice the heel, maybe a couple of twinges throughout.
Some rolling at home. Been bad about strength this holiday season.
