Morning run on the run treadmill at work. Went for 50' this morning, felt good. Just kinda cruised along listening to a podcast. With how warm it was and early the sun rose, I probably could have ran outside, but wanted to keep the environment controlled due to my heel. Felt good on the run though, never noticed it really. Seems that the re-emphasis on loosening my calf the past few days have helped. Need to keep it up.
Started at 8.0, increased 0.1 every 5'. Incline at 0.5%
Heel drops before, rolled after.
