Notes

After a long drive home and realizing I forgot my running shoes this morning, I was pretty grumpy by the time I finally got to the gym the second time to get this in. The run really helped me relax and I felt much better when I had finished. Kept it v easy today on the treadmill and felt smooth.

Started at 8.0 and went up 0.1 every 10'. all at 0.5%

Rolled and push-ups afterwards.
