Some easy Sunday miles to finish up a solid week. Took a while to get out the door today. Considered not going, because my heel was feeling the LR yesterday a bit, but thought it would be a better idea to get moving and loosen up, since I was pretty stiff in general. After about 10 min, all soreness in the heel subsided and afterwards it was a pleasant run. Kept the pace relaxed, just got the blood flowing.
