4 x 11' at Threshold

I was really worried that I overate at work for this one because we had a company potluck today and I ate way too much food. Ended up being settled by the time the workout started. Started the first one with Trevor, Bobby and Milner, but the group broke up after that one unfortunately. We were all super relaxed on that rep. Continued on alone and kept up the really good workout. Stayed very relaxed and felt smooth almost the whole way. Got a little fatigued on the last rep, but managed to stay consistent over the hills and power home. Never felt too strained physically or mentally which was a good sign. Just need to string together several good workouts instead of sucking up every other one like I have been!
