Notes
Had a very relaxed morning and pushed this off until about noon. Went over to the Marsh and then went out to Citizen's. Did a loop there and then came back to Long Grove. Felt pretty exhausted, like I needed more sleep. But running was feeling good. Got blasted by some cold gusts of wind a couple times. but otherwise it was a pretty perfect day to run. Ready to be done by the end. Spent the rest of the day doing nothing really.
