Busted workout today. Planned to do a broken tempo of 2 mi, 2 mi, 1 mi with a 2' RJ. Warmed up well and cruised the first interval really well, but then had some serious stomach trouble and had to call off the rest of the workout. The last 4 miles of this run were pretty miserable, with 3 pit stops and an uncomfortable stomach the whole way. Definitely my own fault for eating like shit today (and the last week really). Need to be more disciplined. I was feeling really good before disaster struck, and felt like I could have had a very strong workout if I could have finished. Want to do a few tempo-ish miles between the hills on my MLR later this week to make up for it.
