Notes
Weather set us back a few weeks and was back feeling like winter. Went on the roads out towards VP. Felt pretty good today, but not surprising after yesterday's effort ended up kind of being a bust. Legs got a bit tight when I got stopped at the light crossing back over Westmore-Meyer, but loosened up again once I got moving again. Otherwise, this was a nice run on a day where I was dreading getting out there.
Heel drops, LM, drills before. Rolled afterwards.
