Spent all day coaching at the ONU Invite so didn't really have a chance to run or hit the ARC up for some cross-training. I'm fine with it though, legs were still a bit sore so a day off won't kill me. Pleased with the team competed today, especially after a rough start to the day. S/O to Riley and Mesplay. Solid season debuts!
