New year, hopefully new (re)commitment to running. Started off pretty well today. Did 42' at 8.0mph. Kept it pretty chill and actually felt pretty good. Was a bit of a grind, but in the end, this wasn't too bad for a treadmill run. Hoping that in a week or two this will feel like a really short effort. Gotta callous the mind on the treadmill.
