Easy run out to Statues in between class. Very very very windy today, it made me feel like I was trying much harder than I was. Perfect fall weather though, a little chilly at the start, but got warm half way through. The wind running west down Windsor may have been some of the strongest I've ever run in, it felt like I was about to be blown backwards. Was going to do 200s on the tempo loop, but the track was wide open and deserted so I couldn't resist. Good day, busy night though, hopefully will be able to get a lot of rest.
