Went out to Libertyville this morning to hit up the DPR with Justin. Felt pretty good throughout, though it got a bit hot towards the end. There were a bunch of horses out on the trail today which was pretty cool. I was a bit nervous running by them, but they seemed quite tame. Good chat about the upcoming fall and an exciting season. Rolled, stretched and did some calf exercises while Justin finished up his run.
