Arb

Notes

Had a senior design meeting during practice, so got this one in during my break between classes. Legs were feeling pretty exhausted after last night, so decided to go over to the Arb and run on some not concrete. The Arb was in surprisingly good shape for mid-February. Did a big loop all around until I got to the hill. Stopped there to do some alactic hills to try and open up my legs and shake out some of the lactic acid. Afterwards turned around and did the big loop backwards and ran home. Focused pretty hard on staying within myself and keeping the pace relaxing.

Rolled out after getting home.
