Notes
Back in Ames for work this week. Busy day planned, so managed to get out for a morning run. Picked my hotel better so was able to actually get to the river trail I saw last time. It was pretty nice for the mile or so I was on there. Missed a turn after a road crossing, but did another mile out along a dirt road that was quite nice before heading back. Humid morning, but felt pretty good in the second half once I woke up some. Hoping that the rest of the week will also be good to me for morning running.
