Notes
Nice medium long effort today. Went to the hs early to add on some before meeting Trevor and Milner for the run. Ran into my old teammate Ryan who was out doing his long run. We did a loop around the lake and caught up. He told me about his job for Honda in Ohio and his plans for a spring marathon debut. He is considering the Champaign marathon so hopefully he picks it. Picked up Milner and Trevor and did an Acorn loop. This went well. I was feeling a bit exhausted due to the really strong winds. The wind also made it feel way colder than it actually was. Added on an Echo loop with Milner after dropping Trevs off. Talked about the upcoming track season and our goals. Legs a bit tired by the end, but overall it was a solid effort for a solid chunk of miles today.
