Notes
Met up with Cobert and special guest JZ on Cuba and set off on Adam's route through Swan's Way. Cobert's achilles was bothering him, so he turned back early. Had a good time catching up with Joe though! Dropped JZ back at Adam's at like 7 and finished up the last bit alone. Legs felt pretty tired towards the end of this one, most likely from yesterday's workout. Also, had a strange cramp in my left calf at like 10 miles. Shouldn't be anything serious, but I'll be keeping an eye on it. I didn't really eat or drink much yesterday, so I think that explains it.
Rolled out back at home.
Afterwards went to breakfast with Cobert, JZ, Mocogni, Monica and Steve at Walker Bros. Breakfast turned into us playing card games all afternoon at Cobert's house.
