4 x 200 m (200 m RJ)

Ran by the track and it was open and deserted so I took my opportunity and hopped onto it for the 200s. Felt pretty good, legs were a little heavy from the workout yesterday, but felt smooth on the intervals. Recoveries were pretty slow though. Foot felt pretty good on these. Leg strength afterwards before running back home.
