Notes

Easy run down to Windsor and Race. Felt a little tired after yesterday's workout and from going to bed late after studying. Still was moving pretty good I guess. Stopped at the Track for strides and leg strength, and then ran home. Kept it shorter today, trying to keep my mileage down this week to avoid hurting my foot more. It felt good for pretty much the entire run today.
