Solo easy run out to Statues. It was deceptively cold out there for this one. Probably should have worn an extra thin layer or even pants because the wind really made it chilly. Felt pretty good on this one. Tried to focus on just feeling relaxed and recovering. Haven't been all the way through Statues in a while, so enjoyed this one. Saw Jordan and Richard on my way back through campus.
Heel drops, roll out and some stretching afterwards.
