More afternoon miles. Nice and cool after work, definitely felt like fall. Snacked way too much before this so stomach was a bit unsettled throughout. Tried to keep the pace v chill. Started off a bit quick (though first mile split way early...) got into a very comfortable rhythm after about 10' and just rolled with it.
Leg stength (lunge matrix x 10, split jump x 10, squat jumps x 15), rolling, and stretching afterwards.
